| | A: | There is a two-stage process when you make your withdrawal:
a. The first stage is getting the withdrawal approved. This will consist of verifying that wagering requirements have been met and that any bonus money has been used properly. The process normally takes approximately 3-5 business days unless approved unless extenuating circumstances occur beyond our control.
b. Stage two involves processing of the payment. This procedure takes approximately 2-3 business days depending on the method of deposit and payment you choose. The Casino will not be held responsible for delays in payouts in circumstanced that a player requests payment without having met all requirements stipulated and/or they have not sent in all necessary documentation to verify their identity.
