  • Before any payment is issued (i.e., withdrawal of funds) , The Player is responsible for providing The Casino with a photo ID and proof of address for verification purposes. The Casino reserves the right to request any additional information or verification documents to validate The Player’s account.

  • In order to register and use a credit card, The Player is obligated to send a completed and signed authorization form and a copy of the front of the credit card he/she is registering. This procedure holds true for all credit cards The Player wishes to use.

  • It is The Player’s sole responsibility to keep his/her account number and password private and in a secure place. The Player agrees that no third party whatsoever (specifically any minor) can access his/her account. This includes the use of any materials or information from The Website, the acceptance of any Prize, or participation in The Games. The Player claims full responsibility for any purchases and/or losses that may occur at any time to his/her account.

  • The Casino reserves the sole right to process any withdrawals via any of the payment methods used to fund The Player’s casino account. In the event of a delay in withdrawal, The Casino has the right to look for the best available method in which to process the withdrawal.

  • When you receive a payment by check, you must deposit said check to a financial institution within 30 days of receipt. Any delay could result in the check no longer being cashable. In this event the company is not responsible and a reissue of the check payment will not be made.

If your transaction happens to be declined at that time of it being processed, and if there are winnings generated from your pre-approved deposit, winnings from that transaction will become void.

  • The player agrees that the Casino or a payment processing company on the Casino’s behalf will handle all financial account transactions ("Payment Processor"). The player agrees that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any suspicion that the player may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, collusion, unlawful, or improper activity.

  • The Casino or a payment processing company acting on the Casino’s behalf (“Payment Processor”) may handle all financial transactions.

  • In the event that the Payment Processor used by The Casino has reason to believe or suspect that The Player may be engaging in or has engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity (i.e., collusion), The Casino and or the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments.

  • The Player agrees not to dispute any charges/deposits made to The Casino. In the event that The Player does renounce any payments, he/she agrees to refund the funds and compensate the Casino for any unpaid payments including any additional expenses incurred by The Casino during the payment collection process.

  • Should The Casino be unable to verify the player’s identity fully (with the requested documents), The Casino may require The Player to send further documentation.

  • The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

  • Should any funds be cancelled /denied by any payment service(s), The Casino reserves full rights to refuse or withhold any bonuses or winnings.

  • Should any of the following incidents occur, The Casino reserves the right to disqualify any winnings. The events are:

    • If The Player has more than one active account at the Casino (unless given explicit, prior approval by management);

    • Information on The Player’s casino account not matching the information on the credit cards they provide to make deposits into said account;

    • If more than one person is using the same payment solution (e.g., two players with the same Neteller account registered)

    • Should The Player provide The Casino with incorrect or false registration information and/or documents;

    • Should The Player permit (with or without intention) another player to access their own Casino account;

    • Should The Player use any professional gambling/betting (e.g., playing with a bonus and using an even bet pattern on Roulette);

    • Should The Player make any deliberate chargebacks (disputed any charges or payments) of any funds deposited into their Casino account (including its Partners);

    • Should The Player cheat or use any sort of system (e.g., machines, computers, software, any form of automation) The Player will be reimbursed for their deposits and their account will be permanently closed.
