Promotion Rules

• With regard to promotional bonuses, all bonuses are NOT redeemable for cash – unless otherwise specified by The Casino. Bonuses can be used to generate winnings yet upon withdrawal; all bonus money will be removed from The Player’s account. The bonuses are deducted from the winnings and not returned to The
  
  
• In order to claim a promotional bonus, The Player is responsible for redeeming the bonus before placing any bets with his/her deposit money. Upon the onset of wagering (before accepting a bonus) The Player agrees to NOT accept that bonus. If The Player wants to redeem a bonus and is having difficulties then it is his/her responsibility to contact The Casino for assistance.
  
  
• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Winnings will be void if at any time the player does try to do this. Additionally, if The Player has any pending withdrawals, they cannot redeem any additional promotional bonuses unless otherwise approved by The Casino’s management.
  
  
• Should The Player attempt to use a promotional bonus that has not been explicitly offered to him/her, any winnings generated from that promotional bonus are forfeited and The Player’s original deposit is returned to him/her
  
  
• The following games cannot be played with the promotional bonus: Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and Pai Gow Poker. Unless The Casino states otherwise, any winnings that are generated from these games will be null and void. .
  
  
• Should a promotional bonus offer be made open to play on different games, the highest wagering requirement (out of the games that were played) is applied to that bonus in order to make the wagering requirements for withdrawal.
  
  
• Play-through Requirements: The wagering requirements are based on the deposit amount plus the redeemed bonus amount times the number necessary to meet the wagering requirement for the bonus.
  
  
  • For example, should a player deposit $100.00 and accepts a 100% bonus with a wagering requirement of x15, he must wager the deposit amount (in this case, $100.00) 15 times before he/she is eligible to withdraw their winnings. That means that the player must wager $100.00 + $100.00 x 15 = $3000.00, before they are eligible to withdraw their winnings.
    
    
  • Maximum Withdrawal: The maximum withdrawal depends upon the amount deposited.
    
    
• Upon withdrawal, the bonus amount that the player received is removed from the total withdrawal amount. For example, if the player accepted a $500 bonus and has a balance of $1500 upon withdrawal, he/she will be eligible to withdraw $1000.
  
  
• If The Player currently has a withdrawal pending, he/she cannot redeem or request any promotional offers (e.g., free chips, comp points, cash-backs, etc.). These promotions cannot be accumulated and requested after the withdrawal is approved. In order to receive any promotional offers during this time, The Player must cancel his/her pending withdrawal.
  
  
• The Casino reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with or without giving prior notice to The Player.
  
  
• Cancelling a withdrawal does not count towards any type of promotional bonus unless management has approved the payout and with The Player’s consent, deposits it back into The Player’s account after approval. Any comp points accumulated while playing on a cancelled withdrawal are voided.
  
  
• If the player exceeds the max cash-out on a coupon, any remaining money will be removed regardless of whether or not the withdrawal has or hasn’t be processed. This remaining money cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion nor can it be used towards building up free comp points.


• All UK, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Australia, Germany and Denmark players redeeming bonuses will have a X120 wagering requirement on all Blackjack games.
  
  

Free Chip and ‘No Play No Max’ bonus Rules

• Players from Australia, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden Denmark, Africa, Belgium, Poland, Israel, Czech and Slovak republics, Bulgaria, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, all countries of the former U.S.S.R, Netherlands, Austria, China, Portugal, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland all of Central and South America may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes merely.
  
  
• The Welcome bonus is limited to one per player, per family, per computer (IP), per mailing address, unless the Casino management specifies otherwise in a prior agreement.
  
  
• No free chips allowed for slot tournaments unless stated otherwise.
  
  
• The Player cannot redeem more than one free bonus at a time unless there is a deposit in between and/or otherwise specified by management. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. If The Player has already redeemed a no-deposit bonus and is then offered another one, he/she cannot redeem the second offer until they make their first deposit in The Casino before being eligible to receive the second no-deposit bonus offer.
  
  
• The Casino reserves full rights to cancel or refuse any promotion at any time.
  
  
• Should The Player use a free promotional bonus that is not intended for his/her use, any and all winnings that are generated from the use of that promotion will be null and void.
  
  
• Due to smaller amounts and processing fees, Withdrawal requests that are a direct result of funds won from a free chip offer can only be paid out via online electronic payment methods i.e. the following withdrawal methods: eWalletXpress, Click2Pay, NETeller, MoneyBookers or QuickTender. Should The Player want to complete this withdrawal it is his/her responsibility to have an account with one of these companies.
  
  
• The Player is only eligible to receive one free chip offer in between deposits. Any winnings that are a result of multiple free chips will be void.
  
  
• The maximum cash-out for all free chips is 1X, unless otherwise stated. All free chips valued at or below $100 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.
  
  
• For Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo, and Scratch Cards, the minimum wagering requirement for all free chips (unless otherwise stated by The Casino) is 30X the bonus value. For All other Allowed Games (excluding the restricted games listed above), the minimum wagering requirement for all free chips is 60X the bonus value.
  
  
• The Player’s account balance must be less than $5.00 in order for him/her to claim any promotional bonus aside from the a deposit bonus unless otherwise specified by The Casino.
  
  
• Any cash-back and/or insurance promotional offers cannot be accumulated. In order for The Player to claim such bonuses, he/she must claim the bonus directly after losing their balance.
  
  
• By playing any games other than the allowed games as indicated on the coupon, winnings will be void.
  
  
• Should the player win above the max cash-out amount, any excess winnings will be removed upon withdrawal. No additional funds will be paid.
  
  
• Should The Player’s total withdrawal amount be lower than their total lifetime deposit amounts, he/she will be allowed to use our “No Play, No Max” promotion.
  
  
• The following games are restricted from the “No Play, No Max” promotion: All types of Blackjack, All types of Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, War, Baccarat, Craps & All types of Video Poker. Any winnings generated using the “No Play, No Max” promotion while playing any of the aforementioned games will be null and void.
  
  
• The following games do not count towards any wagering requirements: All types of Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon21, Sic Bo, War, Baccarat and Craps.

Cash-back / Insurance

• Cash-back/Insurance bonuses can only be requested should The Player’s account balance be at zero and he/she has no pending withdrawals in processing.
  
  
• Insurance bonuses may not be accumulated unless otherwise specified by The Casino management.
  
  
• The Player is not able to accumulate the insurance on any given promotion and if a given promotion offers the option for and insurance bonus, it must be used before he/she makes an additional deposit.
  
  
• The following games may be played towards wagering requirements for the Cash-back/Insurance promotions: Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo, and Scratch Cards, the wagering requirements are X30, and for all table games (excluding the restricted games listed above), the wagering requirements are X60. All Cash-back /Insurance bonuses have a X1 max cash-out (based on the original deposit amount).
  
  
• Regarding the Monthly Insurance promotion, there are special regulations specified that depend on The Player’s status with The Casino. Maximum cash-out for players without any special status is the amount of the insurance itself.
  
  
• The Monthly Insurance promotion can only be applied to real deposits, redeposit do not count.

Comp Points

• The Player cannot accumulate Comp Points.
  
  
• The minimum amount of Comp Points allowed to be redeemed is 100.
  
  
• The Player’s current balance must be at zero and without any pending withdrawals in order for them to be able to receive credit for Comp Points.
  
  
• Comp Point Value is: 1 Comp Point = $1.00.
  
  
• Wagering requirement on all comp points: x30 on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards; X60 on all table games excluding the restricted games listed above.
  
  
• The wagering requirements for all Comp Points are as follows: For Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Card the wagering requirement is X30. For all table games (excluding the restricted games as listed above), the wagering requirement is X60.
  
  
• Maximum Cash-Out on Comp Points is the value of the Comp Points itself, unless otherwise stated.
