Members are solely responsible for their account transactions

Should a member give away, share or lose his account number
and/or password Virtual Casino will not be held liable
for any claims regarding that account. |

In order to maintain the security
of your online credit card transactions, as well as for
us to be able to process your withdrawal request, our
clearing house needs a signed authorization form with
proof of identification. The same is needed for all deposits
of $100.00 and more. Please download the authorization
form, print it and fax/scan it back to us. |

All wagers and account transactions are monitored by
Management. |

All Internet wagers must be placed
through the user interface provided by Virtual Casino
on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other
means, including the use of a "robot" player,
is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved
client software is detected, Management reserves the right
to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the
player's account, or take any other appropriate action.

All accounts must have a correct contact phone number
listed in their account information on the date(s) of
all credit card deposits. Use of an invalid phone number
is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings
and closing of the account. The same applies for customer
charge backs. |

Customers may only have one AND ONLY
ONE account in their name. Use of multiple account or
names in order to receive bonus promotions is forbidden
and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received.

Players may request a withdrawal from their account
at any time, but are limited to four withdrawals per month.
The total withdrawal amount for regular customers cannot
exceed $5,000 & for VIP customers $10,000 per month.

The Casino reserves the right to close
Real accounts registered via credit cards from certain
countries. This policy was introduced after high volume
credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings
from these accounts will not be paid out more than the
amount of the purchases made on the account if purchases
were made by credit card. Please note that this policy
does not affect customers that deposit via Bank Wire,
Cashier's Check.
We apologize
to the customers from the countries detailed below for
the inconvenience caused.

Byelorussia, Thailand, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria,

All promotions are designed only for
genuine players who may be interested in continuing membership

may be deemed void at any time to individuals or groups

by players coming from certain countries, players from
deemed countries are only eligible to play in the casino,
with no bonus over 20%. This bonus must be played 15x
the deposit and bonus. The maximum cash out from any withdrawal
will be 10x the deposit made. The bonus is strictly non
cashable. If you have any questions or concerns please
contact support before start of play. If you do redeem
a bonus and do not conform to this rule, all winnings
from that deposit will be declared null and void, and
your deposit will be returned. The casino will not be
monitoring non winning deposits. As of this time, the
countries that are affected are: Australia, Denmark, Israel,
