| 03. Q: How do I make a withdrawal? |
| Requests for withdrawals are processed through the banking section of our software. Just tell the software how much of your balance you wish to withdraw and select your desired method. Please keep in mind that some payment methods may lengthen your payout period. In order to better serve our players, in circumstances in which a player has deposited through more than one method, accounting reserves the right to change the payment method in order to shorten the payout period. | 04. Q: Do I need to send anything to you before I can withdraw? |
All players must verify their identity before receiving winnings. We encourage players to send in their verification documentation as early as possible. We reward players having sent all necessary documentation prior to hitting a win by granting them a special no deposit required bonus. The bonus itself varies from player to player as it is in proportion to the deposit size and total amount of deposits made of the individual player. In addition, the player will have the added advantage of being able to use our special in house processor reserved only for our must trusted players.

| The minimum withdrawal amount is $25. Players may request a withdrawal from their account at any time but are limited to four withdrawals per month. We pay out a maximum of $1250 per week as long as a player keeps an active account defined as playing through 30% of his/her winnings per week. If a player does not keep an active account, management reserves the right to send a maximum of $1000 per week to the client. The casino reserves the right to increase or decrease the weekly and/or monthly cash out limits on a case by case basis. The new management may increase limits for particular players as long as the agreement is confirmed by email directly from the new casino manager. | 08. Q: Can I redeem a coupon or receive a bonus if I reverse a pending withdrawal? |
| Reversing a pending withdrawal back to your casino balance does not count as a deposit and therefore you may not claim a bonus on any reversed withdrawal amount. Once your withdrawal has been approved and you are waiting for payment, you may then reverse funds and receive a bonus, as the money is then treated as a new deposit. |

| Coupons are the bonus options available to you upon making a deposit. They are usually offered in the form of a pre-specified percentage of your deposit or a fixed amount that can be redeemed by you on your next deposit. There are two types of redemption options: No Play through: With this type of coupon, bonus money will be immediately placed into your account, ready to be played. Please refer to the rules associated with this particular bonus to determine the play through requirement necessary to submit your cash out. You may contact support to determine how much you have wagered. Play through: With this type of coupon, you must play through (wager) a certain number of times your original deposit before you receive the bonus. For example, if you deposited $100 and coupon is configured for 4 times play through, you would receive the bonus after you’ve wagered $400 (total bets). |
